Additional manifestations include diabetes mellitus, atherogenic dyslipidemia, eyelid xanthelasmas, arterial hypertension, cardiovascular disease, hepatic steatosis, acanthosis nigricans on axillae and neck, hirsutism, and muscular hypertrophy of the lower limbs.
