Additional manifestations are mild cornea plana, iridocorneal angle abnormalities with elevation of intraocular pressure, and shallow anterior chamber depth. Variable expressivity of the phenotype has been described, including unilateral or bilateral involvement, or variable extent of coloboma, among other features.
