It can be asymptomatic (discovered fortuitously during routine chest imaging as an unusual cardiac shadow) or present clinically with supraventricular tachyarrhythmia, paroxysmal tachycardia, embolic events, respiratory distress, chest pain, angina pectoris or heart failure.
