Sometimes patients have photopsia and complain of floaters. Typical ophthalmoscopic finding is a unilateral, yellowish-white annular intraretinal line, splitting the retinal field to affected outer retina with thinning, and normal retina. Gradual spontaneous visual recovery has been observed.
