Typical features of cerebellar dysfunction include gait and limb ataxia, intention tremor, dysmetria, dysdiadochokinesia, dysarthria, nystagmus, and hyperreflexia. Further phenotypic features are pes cavus, scoliosis, muscle atrophy, and peripheral sensory and motor nerve abnormalities.
