Facial gestalt typically features a broad, prominent forehead, hypertelorism, downslanting palpebral fissures, ptosis, a short bulbous nose with broad tip, thick vermilion border, wide, and open mouth with downturned corners. Brain, cardiac, urogenital and ocular malformations may be associated.
