Duplication of urethra

A rare congenital genitourinary anomaly, encompassing a wide spectrum of anatomic variants in which the urethra is partially or totally duplicated, which may be asymptomatic or cause symptoms such as incontinence, recurrent urinary infections and difficulty urinating.
